Cookies in plain English
A cookie is a tiny file a website stores in your browser. Cookies let a site function, recall settings and give the owner a picture of how people use it. Browser storage and similar tools do much the same job.
Where cookies come in on this site
The pages themselves are designed to run without tracking cookies. Cookies can still appear in these situations.
Essential
A few cookies are required for the site and the booking form to work, such as holding your trip details while you finish a booking. Disabling them stops the form from working.
The booking form
Our online booking form is run by an external booking platform. It may use cookies or browser storage to hold your trip details, display fares and process secure payments.
Visitor statistics
We collect simple visit data, such as which pages are opened, so we can see how the site is used and improve it.
Content from other providers
Some code loads from reputable content delivery networks so the pages and the booking form appear quickly. Those providers will see your IP address as part of ordinary web traffic.
Controlling cookies
Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies. Most browsers can refuse every cookie, allow only certain ones, or wipe them each time you close the window. Blocking essential cookies may stop the booking form, in which case ring 020 3740 2841 and we will book you by phone.
Each browser's help section explains its own cookie settings.
Updates
This cookie policy may change from time to time, and the current version will always be on this page.
